What to Expect On Your First Visit.
At your first visit, you will walk into our lobby where you will be greeted by our friendly staff. We will provide you with new patient paperwork that includes a health questionnaire, contact information and insurance information. You may also fill out your paperwork in advance, please see our links below. Our dental hygienists will clean your teeth. Then you will meet one of our doctors that will address all of your dental concerns. We will, together, come up with a comprehensive and customized plan that meets your needs and lifestyle. Please bring any x-rays with you, and we will update as needed. We look forward to seeing you!

We aim to provide high quality dental care to all of our patients. We understand that every dental patient has different financial needs. We will work with you to find a solution that enables you to get the dental care you need, with or without insurance. As a courtesy our office will insurance claims for you.
